Welcome to Vishay Measurements Group, a trusted name in the area of strain

stress analysis. The Vishay BLH SR-4 strain gages have been widely
used since more than 50 years. Notable example: The first electronic signals transmitted
from the moon's surface, were sensed by SR-4 strain gages, installed on the legs of the
Lunar Surveyor. These measured impact deflections upon landing. Today strain gages can be
found in a wide range of industrial and consumer products. Some examples are: Force,
Torque and Pressure transducers. Load Cells in commercial scales, tank and vessel
weighing, but also in bathroom and kitchen scales.
